Reflection:

I think this statement is basically saying that if you set yourself to reach a goal, do it because it can bring you a lot in the future. It may be hard at the moment, but all hard work pays off. So don’t think of it being hard or impossible think of the prize that you’ll receive at the end of your hard work.
